Who We Are
TraderDNA is operated by PiP World. We provide wallet-based trading analytics, TraderDNA profiles, account dashboards, and related product experiences.

Data We Collect
We collect account identifiers such as email address, connected wallet address, Privy authentication metadata, public wallet trading data, product usage events, device and log data, billing data if payments are enabled, and support messages you send to us.
Wallet analytics are based on public trading data. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive documents to TraderDNA.
Why We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, link wallets, generate analytics, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, improve product quality, measure feature usage where consent permits, process billing where applicable, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies And Consent
Necessary storage is used for security, sessions, account flows, feature operation, and remembering consent choices. Analytics and marketing storage are disabled by default and only used after you opt in. You can revisit cookie settings from the site footer.

Retention
We keep account data while your account is active, then for as long as needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backup restoration. Analytics events are retained only for product measurement periods configured with our analytics provider. Support and billing records may be retained longer where law or operational needs require it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. GDPR data export and deletion operations are tracked in LEGAL-4 and should remain aligned with this policy.
Children
TraderDNA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
